Thanks Jenn for the link up to What I ate Wednesday! I love food so much that it’s fun for me to see what others eat & gives me ideas for new foods.
Well, here goes what I’ve got for you:
I had a great workout in the a.m. & it took a little longer than usual, so I didn’t have much time to make my morning smoothie. I was so happy to have these at home, as I need something & they’re delicious!
I also grabbed a couple cheese sticks, as I knew I’d be hungry in a little while.
I’ve been trying to drink more green tea lately, as there are so many great benefits & it warms me up on cold days.
Lunch was roasted broccoli slaw & tofu (leftover dinner from the night prior). I also had 2 of these! I made them into balls, not bars. They’re fantastic!
I’m always hungry when I get home, and as I was making the kids lunches, these may have popped in my mouth.
This was dinner.
And, I had a nice glass of red wine – needed that !!!!
